b) Event(s): refers to a Class, Course, Workshop, Tele-call, Webinar paid or unpaid/gifted conducted by Poonam Makar and booked by you, the client.

viii. Us: Ms. Poonam Makar and her associates/ partners.

vii. Session and Event recordings may be stored and sent out to enable participants cum customers to re-listen to these products. The customer hereby consents to the recording of the services paid/booked, including audio and video calls recording, for our reference and for the participants/customers of the particular service to re-listen to.

viii. For other purposes, that we have asked your consent for.

ix. In order to fulfill any obligation rising from law and/or use your Personal Data for options provided by law.

The list above may not be not exhaustive, and we reserve the right to amend the above list from time to time as per our business requirement and convenience.

This includes:
i. Information Provided by You: This might be your email address, name, billing address, home address, etc., mainly information that is necessary for delivering you a product/service or to enhance your customer experience with us.
ii. Recordings of Services Session and Event: Recordings of Session and Event may be stored and sent out in order to enable participants or customers to re-listen to these products.
iii. Information Automatically Collected: Information that is automatically stored by cookies and other session tools. For example, your shopping cart information, your IP address, your shopping history (if there is any), etc. This information is used to improve your customer experience. When you use our services or look at the contents of our website, your activities may be logged.

The customer must provide true and bonafide data required by us in order to enable us to fulfill our obligations of the services we offer. In case of the customer purchasing services as a gift, then it shall be the customer's responsibility to ensure that the pers7n receiving the gift is well aware of the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions of the Services.
