Poonam Makar is an empowerment coach, energy alchemist, and ascension guide who leads activating workshops and courses internationally.

Born in Delhi, India, Poonam was naturally gifted with psychic gifts and an awareness, magic, and potency that set her apart even as a young child. The magical power of manifestation came easily to her, and she quickly realized there was more to reality than what most people could see and touch.

Growing up, she was aware of her uniqueness and didn't know how the world would perceive her. As a result, she was uncomfortable sharing her gifts and shining her magnificence and instead tried to blend in with the world.

At the age of 16, while reading, Autobiography of a Yogi, she had an encounter with Paramhansa Yogananda and experienced her first spontaneous awakening, from which her life path was revealed.

After navigating her teens, her quest to learn about the universal laws that uplift people led her to seek an M.A in Applied Psychology. Through that experience, however, she discovered that the traditional psychology model could only go so far in the process of healing. 

With a degree in psychology and after a decade spent pursuing a business in the lifestyle industry, Poonam answered her calling and left the normalcy of the nine to five reality behind.

In the pursuit of mastering her transcendental gifts, she began a quest to explore modalities that heal. She devoted her studies to various ancient, esoteric teachings and spiritual modalities, galactic activations, and vibrational healings. Simultaneously, she was blessed to travel the world being trained and initiated by numerous illuminant masters.

Her travels included the Pyramids and Temples in Egypt, Stonehenge and Archangel Michael’s Tor in England, the Oracles of Delphi, Greece, Mount Shasta, California, and other temples, mosques, and churches in India, Bali, and Thailand and more.

In these powerful scared spots, she journeyed inward, reawakening and connecting to her true being.

Poonam was guided by Diana Cooper to connect with the blueprint of her soul, which led to her becoming a Master Teacher with the Diana Cooper School of White Light.

Furthering her pursuit as a teacher, she takes individuals on a journey of spiritual growth and expansion, and they are empowered with the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to run their own workshops and classes.

She is also a facilitator and uses the dynamic tools of Access Consciousness in her one-on-one sessions. The tools of Access Consciousness gave her the freedom to embrace all that she is. She uses the pragmatic and easy to use tools to empower people and create the lives they desire during her one-on-one sessions.
